Measuring to Manage: Advanced Water Assessment and Strategies
This course introduces the measures and methods of managing water use. Learner will be introduced to professional approaches to manage all aspects of the urban water use: city-wide, customer class, individual building, landscape, process water, etc. Learning outcomes for this course include;
* Understand the basic structure of urban water systems, uses, and sectors.
* Understand the possible elements for measurement of water use, depending on the sector, use, or operation involved.
* Understand tools used by professionals for measuring water use, monitoring water efficiency, and optimizing water conservation plans, programs and operations.
